Hey, it's been a while..... Been so busy settling in to my new job, it's been hectic.
As much as I hate the commuting to and from work, I must admit I am enjoying the interaction with other people plus the actual work to be done. Hey I get paid for it right?
I'm pretty lucky I work in an admin office of a farm... the hours are flexible and the dress code is casual (I wear jeans every day). The work is easy and I do the hours that I want (most times).
When I can get in that is... most days the female I'm assisting is either out most of the day or comes in much later than me... so I'm left to my own device really. She has a problem with handing down tasks, also she's not written up any of her duties and tasks, so when I'm done with the tasks given, I need her to tell me what next... and sometimes she's just too busy to do this, so I get on with something else!
It's a strange and weird set up, really... but I love it, it's cool and very relaxed, just what I needed.
Now I just have to build up my bank account so I can pay all my bills in good time and then I can smile.
The IM business is not moving forward just yet, my partner has been pretty busy himself and so the product has not moved forward... which is a real pitty, as the sooner this is out the way, the sooner we can start working the business... anyway, don't have much of a say in getting this done, so I'll just have to bide my time.
